Lisa M. Green was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida, and worked for 28 years in various positions, including Unit Coordinator and Special Function Event Planner, at Halifax Health System, Florida’s major trauma hospital. Lisa’s flair for interior design revealed itself early, when as a little girl she drove her parents crazy by constantly redecorating her bedroom and moving her furniture around. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design, and has a lifetime of experience in construction, remodeling, interior design and decorating through a number of renovations and interior design projects that she supervised and personally completed at Halifax Health System; serving as general contractor and chief designer for two personal homes; and renovating and redecorating several other homes, both for her personal residences and for her growing list of clients.

Lisa specializes in creating unique, yet comfortable spaces, by using a variety of materials, textures and finishes that are functional, pleasing to the eye, and budget-friendly. Lisa has designed and created custom wrought iron furniture, wrought iron stairway rails and balusters, wrought iron bathroom vanities, custom garage barn doors, fireplaces, and even an indoor copper slide. Lisa’s talent for design extends outdoors, as well, having redesigned and constructed a number of exteriors, decks, outdoor fireplaces and fire pits, and landscapes to create curb appeal and enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.

Allen Borden has been a year-around resident of Beech Mountain since October of 2005 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Beech Mountain Club since 2006. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Allen has over 27 years of real estate, marketing, and executive-level business experience, beginning with executive positions with the Knoxville and Blount County, Tennessee Chambers of Commerce; then going on to serve as Director of Economic Development for the City of Knoxville; President of East Tennessee's largest independently owned staffing company; owner and Executive Vice President for a state chartered investment bank; head executive for a 750 employee call center; real estate broker in Knoxville; and presently as a real estate broker with The Sterling Company and as co-owner of B&G Construction and Design, LLC.
